• Do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer. Tufted rugs should not be fully submerged in water.
• For small spills, gently blot the area with a clean, damp cloth. Do not rub, scrub or soak the rug.
• For more stubborn marks, use a small amount of mild, diluted soap and gently dab the affected area. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
• Allow the rug to air dry naturally if it becomes damp. Keep it flat while drying and avoid placing it near direct heat.
• Do not pull or pick at loose fibres. If a small strand becomes loose, carefully trim it with scissors rather than pulling it.
• Avoid placing heavy furniture directly on the rug, as this can permanently flatten the pile.
• Keep away from open flames and strong sources of heat.
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, as this may cause some colours to fade over time.
• For the best results, rotate your rug occasionally to help distribute everyday wear evenly.
• Use the rug on a clean, dry surface and ensure the backing remains dry.
